Ryan is a 200 hr RYT. She received her certification from Soul Sweat Hot Yoga Studio in Fort Worth and studied under Melinda Nag. She has been practicing yoga consistantly since 2006. From the first time she took to her mat, she was instantly hooked. The mental and physical benefits she endured were incredible. She soon learned to use her mat as a stress tool, to refocus, energize, and stay grounded. Her classes will be upbeat, energizing, and HOT!!
Her goal as a teacher will be to create a safe space for her students to practice and ultimately to help each and every student learn to connect the mind, body, and breathe on and off their mats.
