We are so happy to have you join our yoga community. We view yoga as an amazing stress management tool, an effective fitness routine and beneficial for your overall health and wellbeing.
We are here to encourage you and be completely transparent in saying that hot yoga is challenging. We ask that you give your body and mind a minimum of 3 classes to allow yourself to climatize, and adjust before deciding that the level of difficulty is too challenging for you. You will get hot, you will most likely get uncomfortable, and you will feel fantastic after. Be gentle with yourself, but give yourself the gift of this practice. We honor you and your journey.
